Airfare Terms & Conditions

The activation fee for this promotion is $49.00 per person (double occupancy is required for a total of $98.00

This offer does not include taxes, surcharges, promotional fees, meals or gratuities. Surcharges, reservation fees and gratuities are not refundable. When making your reservations you will be responsible to pay your taxes, all service charges, and additional security surcharges due to 9/11, which will average approximately $99 per person or more. All fees vary according to availability, dates and airports of departure.
You cannot travel during major holidays and your reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance. Be sure to register your vacation in plenty of time. Additional restrictions may apply.
When you receive your reservation forms, you must follow the instructions of your vacation provider. All travel is subject to availability.

Condo Terms & Conditions

The activation fee for this promotion is $39.00 per person (double occupancy required for a total of $78.00).
This is a promotional offer available at promotional rates. Promotional rates are subject to availability and the recipient must adhere to the terms and conditions of this offer.
When you receive your registration forms via email, you must follow the instructions of your vacation provider. All vacations are subject to availability.
A minimum of 60 days is required for processing. Additional restrictions may apply.
Meals are not included with this offer and the recipient is responsible for any ground transportation, administrative fees, upgrades, surcharges, taxes and gratuities (where applicable).
This offer provides standard condo accommodations with maid service for up to (2) persons in a studio unit and requires the recipient to pay $19/person per day plus one time non-refundable administration fee of $10 will be required upon your reservation request. Deluxe, one bedroom, two bedroom and NON-Continental U.S. condos are subject to availability for an additional fee.

Cruise Terms & Conditions

The activation fee for this promotion is $49.00 per person (double occupancy required for a total of $98.00). The activation fee reserves this offer for (1) full year.

Port taxes for this offer will average $199 per person or more depending on availability, dates, duration, and port of departure. This certificate is transferable but cannot be bartered for cash. Promotional rates are available during low season only. (September - January). If you wish to travel during higher seasons, promotional rates may not be available.

Terms & Conditions Updates

The Terms & Conditions for the vacation offers provided above are subject to change at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the recipient to receive the updated terms & conditions at Dynasty Global Enterprises prior to any purchases or travel arrangements provided by any participating travel sponsor. Terms and conditions are located on the support tab of this website, and can be viewed by clicking T&C.

REFUND POLICY - Surcharges, reservation activation and administrative fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Conditional Refunds -You may request and receive a refund of your activation under the following conditions.

If the vendor that is handling your fulfillment is unable to offer any promotional vacation offers due to a consummated agreement of inventory.
If you cannot travel due to illness or physical disability, you may also receive a refund of your activation. However, this condition must be confirmed with a Doctor’s note written on the Doctor’s office letterhead.
We understand that there are many unexpected situations that may arise, if you feel that your situation has cause for a refund you may submit a request at anytime. Special situation refunds are not guaranteed and are at discretion of the company.

Please be advised that in the case that you are issued a refund, your refund will be issued LESS a 15% administrative fee.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the offers you have activated, our company has implemented additional measures of satisfaction " The Vacations Exchange Program & The Vacation Extension Program "that you may request. The exchange program is not guaranteed and is at discretion of the company. You will be assigned a representative that will review your options, and provide you with full details on the programs listed below.

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services to any client that acts inappropriately, uses foul or inappropriate language, or makes threats to our company, either by phone, text or email. If a client has activated any of our certificates, and has exhibited inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to return the activation fees paid to the company, back to the client with no further communication to the client.
